We have a variety of delivery options depending on your location, and of course if you are not 100% satisfied we have a hassle free returns process too.

Please note

  • All orders are dispatched out of our HQ in London, UK.
  • Customers within the UK will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order. International orders (outside of the EU) will have local duties or taxes. When in doubt check with your local customs office for current rates.
  • We are not responsible for local duties or taxes outside of the UK. You may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for more detailed information.
  • Please be aware that if a customer refuses to accept an international delivery due to local import fees or taxes, the package is automatically destroyed by the carrier. When this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation and refund. 
  • Velovie will dispatch orders on business days / Monday to Friday. Please keep this in mind when placing orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Returns

If you are not 100% with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. The items must be in 'as new' condition & in the original packaging. Please fill out the Returns Form (download below) and return it with your item.

  • Please allow up to 10 days for your returned items to be refunded.
  • Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery.
  • The return costs are borne by the buyer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

In the event that you have benefited from free shipping costs with your order, these will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

International Returns: Customs declarations for all Non-UK returns must be marked ‘Returned goods. No commercial value’.

Return Form

Exchanges

You can also return an item for an exchange (different size/colour) within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund & place a new order.

For both options please use the same Return Form (see button above) and complete all the details including the 'Exchange' section. Be sure to include your form with the goods when returning, and keep a record of the proof of postage/tracking.

The return costs are borne by the buyer, but the shipment of the new items are covered by Velovie.
