INFORMATION SHARING
We will not share (or sell) the information you provide us on our website with third parties. If you choose to engage with our profiles on social media, please be sure to review the privacy policies & settings on the relevant social network's site to make sure you understand & agree with the information they are sharing. If you do not want social media sites to collect information about your activity on our (Velovie's) profiles, then you should avoid visiting or engaging with them. For example, you should not click a "like" button on a post. Unless it's super cool, then you should stop worrying about the data and shoot from the hip.

ONLINE SECURITY
When you place an order we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us, to protect it from unauthorised use. In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. Velovie advertises using Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising. As described above we may collect information regarding how you browse our website, engage on our social media profiles & shop in order to improve your customer experience, improve our customer service and provide you with communications and promotions. The aim of our advertising is to serve users with the most relevant content possible.
To avoid seeing our online advertising, based on your usage of our website, please unsubscribe from our marketing and, delete and disable cookies in your browser for our website. If you only unsubscribe from our marketing without deleting your cookies, you may still see online ads based on your previous visits to our site.
Any advertising you see after you have completing the two steps above is not based on your browsing or order history on our website. It is either circumstantial, you happen to be visiting a website where we choose to advertise, or it is based on information you have shared with Facebook.

YOUR RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
By submitting your personal information, you give your consent to use that information as set out in this privacy policy. You have the right to have your data deleted from our records. You can request any information you have submitted via our website or forms be removed. Upon request, we must delete the data within 1 month. Data relating to an order cannot be deleted unless the order was made over 6 years ago, however the data shall not be used for marketing purposes. You can request deletion of your data via email at info@velovie.cc with the subject line "DATA DELETION REQUEST: Name Surname".
